Ms. Maggie Smith Evansen graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law, and received her Juris Doctor in December 1999. Maggie has been a dedicated attorney for over 15 years and has managed a private practice for the past 10 years. She represents clients in Clark County Superior and District Court, as well as in Juvenile Court, and Battle Ground & Camas / Washougal Municipal Courts.
Maggie is committed to aggressively pursuing dismissal, acquittal or the best possible outcome for you. In appropriate cases, she will strive to prevent charges from being filed at all. Mr. Clapperton joined the firm as an associate in July of 2016. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, School of Law and B.A. in Chemistry from California State University at San Bernardino. As a practicing attorney for over 20 years, he has broad experience in many areas of law, including but not limited to, traffic and juvenile, misdemeanors and felonies, and family law.
Mr. Clapperton brings a wealth of experience to the firm with his many years representing indigent parents in dependencies in other areas of Washington State.
